Our 60-Day, No-Hassle Return Policy

We stand behind Energy POPS 100%. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you have 60 days from the date you received it to request a return. That's it — no hoops, no runaround.

How to start a return: Email me at tom@getenergypops.com and I'll take care of you. Please don't send anything back before reaching out — we need to get you set up with a return label and instructions first.

Damaged or wrong item? If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong — email me right away and we'll make it right. No questions asked.

Refunds Once we receive your return and confirm everything looks good, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you still don't see it, email me at tom@getenergypops.com and we'll sort it out.
